As a small boutique building company, we only build a handful of homes a year in order to offer our clients the personal attention that their homes deserve. It’s this attention to detail that sets us apart from the others. As a 20+ year home building veteran in Indianapolis, Scott is also personally involved in every job from start to finish.
Significant preparation is involved up front with lot walks, inspirational conversations and meetings with the design team and architect. This helps create a nice transition into the build.
We take pride in a very hands-on approach from Scott, the owner, throughout the entire planning and build process. In addition, we have a great veteran team and process to support our clients throughout the build that fosters communication and makes the project fun!
